I am proud of him. I felt like screaming out loud!!! OOPS, I did scream out loud. LOL. I felt like crying. I love your program it is so worth it. By the way when I watch on Saturdays I also listen to Sensei Shawn and learn from his wise words of wisdom as well. It’s not just Ethan learning self discipline I am being taught that as well.Thanks for everything you guys totally Rock!!!!!!!!!

Hi Shawn/Terrilyn,
I meant to email you both last week. I hadn't been to class to observe Tess for a while but came last week and I was truly impressed. She is certainly more confident. I told you, Shawn, that Tess actually likes to come to class now. From the beginning, the class has always been good and you always made it fun for the kids but as a girl it wasn't her "thing" - nothing to do with you. As you know, girls like ballet and the like. What I meant was that she enjoys it - I know it's because the class has helped build her self confidence and she can see herself progressing.
I was going to have her miss class this past Monday as we couldn't find her belt and she was so upset because she really wanted to go. We eventually found it her drawer and she happily went to class (she normally hangs it behind her door). When she came home, she immediately showed her moves to her daddy with much excitement. I am only saying all of this so when other parents of girl children tell you that their girls would never like jijitsu, you can tell them that you have a girly girl who didn't think she'd ever enjoy it and now does - and that she's still a girly girl with an edge.:) Money well spent!!!! Thanks for all the two of you do,

Thank you so much for your efforts during the sessions. Hunter work up this morning, got changed, brushed his teeth, and got his own breakfast without even being told or asked to do so. I actually thought the boys were downstairs playing with their toys and got up to tell them to go get ready for school but there was my son just eating his breakfast and trying to warm up the bottle for his baby sister. I can?t sing your praises enough.

I must say that since he has come to Bermuda Small Circle Jujitsu we have noticed a change in him. He still has more to learn about respect and making friends but it will come in time. God has a plan for all of us and he works on us on his own time so I am not rushing anything. You all do a wonderful job there and we are very grateful for the time and encouragement.

Donovan enjoys attending BSCJ, he doesn't want to miss any classes. Since attending, Donovan has become even more discipline, helpful and community minded. He has certainly gained self confidence as he gets to do in front of others and gets plenty of encouragement from Sensei and family. Another part that I think he also enjoys as well as my self is that there are positive male role models for Donovan to look to. Donovan is a 9yr old young man who likes to do things the right way and BSCJ is helping him to continue on the right path to success in life.
